DESIGNING A SUPPLY CHAIN SIMULATION MODEL

Programme Outcomes

This Expert-Led Digital Masterclass is specifically designed to cater for today’s supply chain by adapting resilience to pave the way for the survival of an organisation. The program will cover supply chain operations and how they can be restructured to be more resilient and reliable. The program will also look at more supply chain resilience problems and the new solutions applied to deal with them. At the end of this digital masterclass, attendees will be able to execute a tested plan to identify areas of concern in a supply chain that lead to disruption and apply the correct supply chain modelling tool to adjust the level of the resilience.
