Supply Chain Sustainability

1) Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction activities by interpreting project briefs, method statements, and technical drawings to ensure alignment with work sequences, programs, and budgets. 2) Oversee on-site execution through inspections and reviews, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations. 3) Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities to facilitate communication and resolve issues for uninterrupted project flow. 4) Review project budgets and cost estimates, manage financial resources, and drive cost-efficient practices across all construction phases. 5) Lead on-site operations by monitoring progress through Inspection Test Plans, enforcing HSE standards, and representing the company in meetings and regulatory interactions.

Fitting, examining, adjusting, dismantling, rebuilding and replacing defective parts of motor vehicles Installing or adjusting motors and brakes, and adjusting steering or other parts of motor vehicles Being responsible for electrical systems and installation (repair and maintenance of equipment) Performing related tasks

1) Oversee execution of structural and architectural works including substructure, superstructure, and finishes, ensuring compliance with approved construction drawings, engineering specifications, and Malaysian building codes. 2) Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve structural, architectural, and buildability issues, ensuring proper integration between structural and architectural elements. 3) Monitor construction progress of building works, inspect workmanship and material quality, and ensure timely completion of milestones in line with project schedule and budget. 4) Enforce site safety, quality, and environmental standards, working closely with the Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to ensure compliance with CIDB, DOSH, and local authority requirements. 5) Lead site meetings and technical reviews relating to structural and building works, reporting on progress, risks, and quality issues to the Project Manager and senior management.
