Perform acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance for newly deployed access infrastructure. Ensure all deployments comply with safety, technical, and regulatory standards.
Install various access network equipment, such as routers, switches, modems, and wireless access points Perform routine maintenance on access network equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair faults in network equipment, including replacing faulty components as needed Configure network devices, conducting field testing, and ensuring that access services meet performance and quality standards Responds to service outages, performs preventative maintenance, and collaborates with planners, engineers, and customer service teams to support network expansions and upgrades
Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues. Collaborate with engineering and product teams for issue resolution. Document issues, solutions, and best practices. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up. Participate in on-call rotations and escalation processes as needed

Collaborate with engineering, product, and carrier partners for complex issues. Document support cases and maintain knowledge base articles.
