Programme Outcomes

The primary objective of putting in place an effective records management is to have secure and easily retrievable records with comprehensive and legible contents in order to enable operators and other stakeholders to avoid penalties, protect asset value, and comply with regulatory, certification, and registration requirements. This course is aimed at those employed as technical records staff in Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations (CAMO) and Maintenance Repair Organisations (MRO). It is designed to prepare delegates to operate in an aircraft technical records management department within all aircraft operations including general aviation, helicopter, airlines, and charter operations. It is designed to enable the attendee to understand the requirements and essential aspects of Technical Records keeping of aviation documents and information. • What is airworthiness? Training Covered

HRD Corp will be introducing a service fee that will be imposed on HRD Corp registered training providers starting from 1 February 2021, as stated in Training Provider Circular No. 3/2021. In line with the implementation of the service fee, HRD Corp has revised its terms and conditions for course registration. As such, the HRD Corp Claimable Courses registration process has been simplified to allow different types of courses to be registered. The changes to the HRD Corp Claimable Courses process are as follows: Training providers do not have to provide complete course content. The minimum requirement for trainers is one (1) trainer only. There is no minimum trainer requirement for e-learning (self-paced) courses. The minimum total duration of the course is four (4) hours.
