
This module will equipped the participants on Troubleshooting and Repair Technique of Biomedical Diagnostic Equipment such as Physiology Monitoring System and Vital Sign Monitor. Its cover on basic block diagram,spare parts and circuit function of Diagnostic Equipment, Common problems in Power Section, Applied Parts, Control Section and Output Section. For the practical session, participants will perform power supply and basic micro controller testing and verification status. PCB Repair Technique , Checking and Verification of parts assembly such as applied parts, ac motor, display panel and buzzer. Lastly, participants will summarize on a troubleshooting flowchart of diagnostic equipment , a safety guide for troubleshooting & testing of diagnostic equipment and provide a list of common problems & faulty parts for diagnostic equipment.
