2. Plan, manage, and execute onshore and offshore well completion, workover, and wireline activities, keeping track of multiple well projects to meet production goals, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with Malaysia’s safety and environmental regulations.
3. Provide guidance and problem-solving for major operational challenges, such as equipment failures, accidents, or environmental risks, ensuring swift and effective resolutions while maintaining oversight of ongoing well activities.
4. Oversee well testing and analysis across a series of wells to determine fluid properties, productivity, and volume, ensuring efficient and safe testing practices while maintaining a clear understanding of project progress.
5. Identify and drive workover activities to maximize the production potential of existing wells, continuously evaluating well performance and ensuring strategic program implementation across multiple well projects.
