This includes preparing program amendments for unforeseen events like squeeze procedures, sidetracks, and temporary abandonments. 2) Oversee daily drilling and completion activities, updating directional well course maps, charts, and operational files to ensure adherence to plans and quick adaptation to changing conditions. 3) Analyze and manage the equipment inventory, including casings, liners, wellheads, and float equipment. Coordinate with A&C teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery, minimizing costs and meeting operational deadlines. 4) Liaise with Geology, Reservoir, and Production departments throughout the planning, execution, and post-well analysis stages, ensuring alignment and seamless integration of CWD operations with broader project objectives. 5) Review historical data, drilling programs, and actual well performance to identify improvements for safer and more environmentally sound operations. Recommend innovative techniques and cost-saving measures to optimise well drilling and completion processes.
