Manage a team of test and validation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects. Manage the test and validation budget and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop and implement test procedures, protocols, and test plans. Analyse test data and results, providing detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders. Improve the test and validation process. Provide technical support and information on product performance and test and validation processes.
