Building Information Modelling Application

1) Manage projects from pre-design through to completion, ensuring designs meet client requirements, functionality, and environmental sustainability standards. ​ 2) Review and validate designs to comply with local building codes and regulations, obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle. 3) Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure clear communication and alignment with design intent and regulatory requirements. 4) Provide design clarifications and support during construction to uphold design integrity and resolve issues as needed. 5) Provide guidance and supervision to junior architects and architectural executives, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality outputs in line with organisational standards.

1) Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using software like Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. ​ 2) Conduct clash detection analyses to identify and resolve design conflicts, facilitating seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. ​ 3) Extract material quantities and other relevant data from BIM models to assist in accurate cost estimation and procurement planning. ​ 4) Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. ​ 5) Ensure adherence to established BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols, maintaining consistency and quality across all project models and documentation.
