
Conducts ground school lessons and simulator training sessions in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority guidelines and airline standards Delivers instruction on flight theory, navigation, meteorology, aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and operational procedures Provides flight training in single- or multi-engine aircraft as appropriate, including take-off, landing, emergency handling, and instrument flying Assesses pilot proficiency through progress checks, skill tests, and theoretical evaluations Maintains detailed records of trainee progress and recommends readiness for examination or further training Ensures safety and compliance throughout all training activities Participates in the development and revision of training materials, syllabi, and manuals Stays up-to-date with regulatory changes, aircraft performance specifications, and industry best practices Possesses strong communication, instructional, and assessment skills, and holds a valid Flight Instructor Certificate with appropriate ratings
