Track content progress during production and ensure deadlines are met by working with the production and post-production teams. Liaise with talent and crew, ensuring coordination between the team and handling logistical challenges on set. Prepare production reports, track segment completion, and assist in regulatory checks to ensure compliance with broadcasting requirements
Develop and oversee digital content strategy across websites, OTT platforms, social media, and mobile apps, aligning with audience insights and market trends. Lead cross-functional teams (content creators, editors, social media strategists, and data analysts) to deliver high-impact campaigns and branded content. Plan and manage content calendars across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with audience behavior and engagement. Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and production teams to drive integrated content initiatives and digital advertising opportunities. Use analytics and performance data to optimize digital content strategies, improve reach and retention, and guide editorial direction.
Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including posters, banners, flyers, and brochures Develop packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and appeal to target audiences Design digital assets such as social media graphics, website banners, and email templates Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and are consistent across different platforms Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques Conduct research and gather visual references to inspire new design concepts
Create and conceptualise set designs that support the narrative and aesthetic needs of a production. Work closely with directors, producers, and art directors to ensure that the set design aligns with the overall vision. Design and animate visual effects, graphics, and title sequences for broadcast, digital, or live productions. Ensure that motion graphics and set visuals are technically sound and feasible for production within the timeline and budget. Maintain visual consistency across all set and motion graphics elements, ensuring they match the production's tone and story
Collaborate with the Producer to define the overall visual style and design concept for the production, including assets, graphics, props, lighting, and costumes. Develop and present detailed design concepts, including sketches, drawings, and models for sets, props, and costumes, ensuring alignment with the production’s vision. Direct and oversee the work of Set Designers, Costume Designers, and other creative teams to ensure that all visual elements meet the artistic and production requirements. Ensure continuity and consistency across all visual elements of the production, making sure that the design supports the storytelling and aligns with the director's vision. Manage budgets and resources, ensuring that all design elements are produced within the allocated time, budget, and resources, while maintaining high standards of quality.
