1. Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize the end-to-end supply chain process in the midstream oil and gas sector, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management. 2. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of transportation and distribution of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery across the supply chain. 3. Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). 4. Lead and manage the logistics and supply chain teams, ensuring high performance, efficient operations, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 5. Track and analyse key supply chain metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
