Understand local store performance through performance analysis, creating insights or local models as needed Manage local data and databases for property research, ensuring regular data loading processes, especially for sales and loyalty card data Evaluate and manage externally purchased data sources to enhance decision-making within the team Collaborate with the property research shared service team to implement global technology plans locally, providing training and access to local data, and offering feedback for improvements Serve as the technical expert in key tools such as Excel, SQL Server and GIS, supporting team training Facilitate access to local data for other functions to improve decision-making processes Document Property Research’s data, processes, and tools systematically

Lead strategic development plans for freehold and leasehold sites, identifying and securing opportunities Oversee project execution post-completion, ensuring alignment with and exceeding customer expectations Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance new site development through property acquisition governance and international property meetings Provide strategic recommendations for optimising non-store space management and advise on land valuation Oversee the management of financial obligations such as rent, purchase prices, and property taxes Spearhead the long-term plan pipeline for new stores, aligning with business objectives Develop and oversee an up-to-date property database with site proposals, valuations, and detailed information for informed decision-making Formulate strategies to prioritise technologically advanced and eco-friendly sites

1. Translates the overall business strategy into an infrastructure architecture strategy. 2. Defines future state infrastructure architecture design considerations based on current and future business requirements. 3. Engages business leaders and synthesises critical infrastructure gaps, current technology environment, and anticipated business and user challenges to inform architecture design. 4. Determines design specifications of the future state infrastructure architecture, and develops the infrastructure architecture blueprint, roadmap for implementation, as well as plans for the integration of new systems architecture into existing infrastructure. 5. Oversees the implementation of infrastructure architecture and ensures transition of current business practices and processes to enable delivery of appropriate solutions for the business. 6. Evaluates infrastructure performance against changing business and user requirements to inform architecture design changes. 7. Familiar with enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks, and architecture modelling tools. 8. Knowledgeable of various cloud, network, storage, and security technologies, as well as cloud computing models and services. 9. Adopts an analytical and strategic thinking approach to developing innovative infrastructure design that meets business requirements. 10. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to influence key stakeholders and build strategic relationships with partners and vendors.

Acquire and secure freehold and leasehold sites Maintain the value of our freehold land assets through sales or development options for unused plots Facilitate progress of new sites and manage post-completion issues and negotiate with third parties Recommend improvements for managing non-store space requirements and advise on land value for sale or capital refunds Execute the long-term plan by developing a pipeline for new stores Maintain an updated property database with new site proposals, valuations, and site details Leverage AI-driven tools to optimise property management, including predictive maintenance and site selection Prioritise the integration of renewable energy sources, such as solar panels and wind turbines, in property developments

Identify and evaluate new strategic locations for potential sites to align with the long-term business plan Recommend optimal store sizes and mall locations based on thorough catchment analysis Prepare monthly competitor monitoring reports, forecast the impact of future competitor store openings, and recommend defensive strategies Deliver high-quality, data-driven research and accurate sales forecasts to support confident investment decisions, reflecting current competitor activity Review monthly site feasibility reports and participate in property investment meetings to secure stakeholder approval for investments Evaluate current store performance and give recommendations to improve advanced and eco-friendly technologies integration Prioritise recommendations of technologically advanced and eco-friendly sites for business expansions
