Participate in benchmarking of library, technology parameters and implementation of strategy to enable design requirements
1. Design and verify IC to meet technical requirements, lead project teams to introduce new IC products on schedule 2. Ensure new IC product releases align with manufacturability, reliability, and market demands through collaboration with various teams 3. Support product management with specifications, and develop expertise in product development and R&D
1. Lead physical design solutions and design/ architecture reviews 2. Oversee evaluation and deployment of evolving physical design methodologies to handle increasingly complex physical designs 3.
