Design and prototype customer-facing digital experiences for web, mobile, and integrated energy platforms. Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions. Apply UX/UI design best practices to create intuitive, visually consistent, and inclusive interfaces. Ensure seamless and consistent design across multiple digital channels, including billing systems, mobile apps, and smart meter interfaces. Optimize user experiences for various customer segments: SME, residential, and commercial energy users. Work with product owners, developers, marketing, and customer care teams to align digital design with business objectives. Participate in design sprints, agile planning, and stakeholder reviews to iterate and refine solutions. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gathering feedback to validate design concepts and improve user flows. Monitor digital experience performance through analytics and customer feedback, recommending enhancements accordingly. Ensure all digital designs align with the organization’s brand guidelines, tone, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1). Create and maintain design systems, UI kits, and digital asset libraries for reuse and consistency. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to digital utilities and customer engagement. Advocate for human-centered design principles, integrating them into digital transformation initiatives.
