Respond to basic customer inquiries on meter readings, estimated usage, and support the adoption of smart meter technology. Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to resolve billing concerns and escalate faults for maintenance. Maintain detailed logs of readings, site issues, and actions taken, ensuring compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.
