1. Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of non-technical losses and programs across the distribution network, ensuring inclusion of sustainability 2. Lead initiatives for detecting and testing tampered meters, including developing protocols for regular testing and immediate remediation. 3. Implement and maintain metering systems to accurately measure and monitor non-technical losses across electrical distribution. 4. Coordinate with other departments to implement cross-functional NTL strategies and solution, ensuring profit and losses are handled properly. 5. Leverage AI and digital tools to analyse and identify metering system patterns, performance, anomalies, and areas of improvement, including quantification of non-technical losses. 6. Leverage AI tools to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project delivery. 3. Utilise machine learning and AI tools to prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures and forecast financial requirements, network and grid build-up. 4. Utilise compliance management software to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining accurate project documentation. 5. Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing updates and reports on project status and progress.

Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards for all operations and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols. 3. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to identify and rectify issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring reliability. 4. Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and operational standards. 5. Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure or downtime, ensuring maintenance activities are performed on time and according to established procedures.

1. Oversee and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) procedures, promoting a safe working environment. 2. Plan, coordinate, and manage turnarounds, shutdowns, and overhauls, collaborating with stakeholders to establish and execute long-term site outage strategies. 3. Monitor and manage technical spare levels, coordinating with procurement and technical warehouse activities to optimize inventory in the CMMS system. 4. Oversee maintenance planning and execution for buildings and infrastructure, including fire protection systems, ensuring the manufacturing complex remains safe and operational. 5. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance team, implementing lean principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency. 6. 1. Oversee the Control Room shift, ensuring it is always staffed and operations are monitored continuously. 2. Manage and oversee daily production, resource consumption, and maintenance activities within the Power Plant. 3. Serve as the main contact for the Grid regarding daily and expected power production. 4. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements in plant operations. 5. Oversee all Permit to Work System activities related to environmental, health, and safety within the Power Plant. 6.
