
1) Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve refining processes to enhance efficiency, product yield, and overall performance. 2) Design, evaluate, and modify distillation, cracking, and other refinery systems, using KPIs to guide adjustments for optimal output. 3) Implement energy-saving measures, introduce innovative technologies, and minimize environmental impact in compliance with industry standards. 4) Maintain product specifications, meet regulatory requirements, and collaborate on maintenance activities for reliable and safe operations. 5) Contribute to the planning, installation, and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
1) Operate and maintain downstream processing units (e.g., distillation, hydrocracking, sulfur recovery) within safety and performance limits, while effectively managing and troubleshooting control panels and distributed control systems as a panelman/boardman to ensure optimal operations and minimize risks. 2) Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and turnaround of critical process equipment, including regular diagnostic checks and maintenance of control panels and circuit boards, to minimize downtime and uphold operational reliability. 3) Leverage operational data and trends from both process equipment and control systems to diagnose issues and recommend improvements that enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and emissions compliance, ensuring insights from panel/board metrics are fully integrated. 4) Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and HSSE teams, integrating insights from control panel operations into overall process strategies, while mentoring junior staff in both process operation and boardman/panelman best practices. 5) Uphold strict safety standards by monitoring process safety and participating in audits, inspections, and emergency response drills, including regular assessments and maintenance of control panels and electrical systems to achieve Goal Zero.
1) Perform minor fixes, install appliances and equipment related to assets in the chemical plant. 2) Carry out installation, maintenance, repair and periodic checking of overall facilities management of Civil & Structures systems; including plumbing, wall & floors, grease trap, domestic water, painting etc. 3) Execute activities procedures and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management systems. 4) Report any abnormalities, malfunction, or emergency condition
1) Perform technical tasks to aid in electrical engineering research, and in the design, manufacture, assembly, construction, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, facilities and distribution systems. 2) Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications 3) Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus 4) Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus 5) Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
1) Perform installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of field instruments, control systems, Safety and Safeguarding Systems (SGS) components, and related infrastructure. 2) Perform scheduled inspections and testing of instruments, control loops, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and SGS to ensure reliability and compliance with safety standards. 3) Analyze and troubleshoot issues in SGS, Instrumented Protective Functions (IPF), logic matrices, cause-and-effect designs, instrumentation, and control loops, implementing corrective actions promptly. 4) Lead safety initiatives such as Job Safety Analysis (JSA), monitor adherence to safety and environmental standards, and ensure proper functioning of SGS to protect personnel and assets. 5) Maintain detailed records of work performed, including SGS testing and calibration, instrument cable installations, and troubleshooting activities, and report operational events and safety concerns to supervisors and incoming teams.
