Keep working place clean and in order, before, during and after production according to 5S practice 10. Adhere to all mechanical and chemical mixing procedures especially Environment, Health and Safety Procedure 11. Adhere to rules & regulation, disciplinary and code of conduct according to company policy and regulation
1. Support Workshop Engineer to ensure maintenance activity is done in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures (ex. job cards, task cards, shop instructions) as defined by the organisation. 2. Carry out maintenance of aircraft avionics/mechanical, components under supervision in accordance with vendors, manufacturers and airworthiness requirements. 3. Maintain equipment and tools in serviceable conditions and highlight any discrepancies to supervisor. 4. Carry out allocated tasks efficiently and complete it within estimated time frame based on the job cards given. 5. Produce quality work that meets the specified requirements.
1. Performs maintenance, disassembles, inspects, repairs, reassembles and tests aircraft composite components, in accordance with relevant technical manuals and quality standards. 2. Prepare composite components in accordance with technical instructions and takes appropriate corrective actions to restore them to the required performance. 3. Analyse system failures when required and keeps abreast of latest developments of related systems by updating themselves with relevant manuals and other publications. 4. Perform quality control in accordance with organisational procedures as authorised by the organisation.

They are expected to be competent in machine setting including tooling selection & setting, material/semi-finish part setting, program setting and machining operations sequences. 2. Lead and coordinate machining shop floor operations in terms of job assignment, job delegation and job planning in order to meet production targets with optimum production cost 3. Guide, mentor and train machining technicians in machining areas in order to achieve production target with optimum production cost 4. Competent and hold approvals for work completion 5. Meet safety, quality , cost, deliverables targets and training requirements 6. Perform process involving tooling selection & setting, material / semi-finish component setting, i.e. Arbors, Holders, end mills, cutters, inserts, drills, taps, jig & fixture, chuck, Vise & tightening tools, etc. 7. Competence in interpreted component drawings, GD&T & Technical requirements and identifying tooling require for every component 8. Competence in defining the process sequences of component and estimation of process duration (cycle time) for each operations 9. Experience & knowledge in CNC programme 10. Set up and read through the programming, as well as make program alterations on minor error encounters 11. Fill in documentation related to production i.e. Job Card, Inspection Check Sheet, Final Inspection Checklist 12. Perform cleaning and servicing of machineries, tools and jigs 13. Evaluate basic safety condition of the workplace and machinery before start of work and during production 14. Adhere to all mechanical and coolant mixing procedures especially Environment, Health and Safety Procedure 15. 1. Leads and coordinates specific production mechanical assembly shop floor area in order to meet production target with optimum production cost. 2. Lead, monitor and guide a group of Technician at a specified manufacturing process (Assembly, Sheet Metal, Composite or other production areas) in order to achieve production target with optimum production cost 3. Assist Manufacturing Supervisors in following up raw materials, method, and machines issues with relevant departments 4. Check and verify production process and output adherence to agreed quality standard as specified by organisation Standard procedures 5. Check subordinates attendance and discuss with supervisor for day to day manning allocation or replacement 6. Keep safety, health and environmental practice or requirement in the cell area according to company policy and regulation 7. Ensure, checks are being done by Technicians on working tools and jigs as required by organisation standard procedures 8. Prepare production shop floor areas report and requisition forms 9. Ensure that visual/planning boards updated on time and the content or achievement is being briefed and understood by Technician 10. Monitor and keep WIP, raw material and other parts level in the Cell areas as specified minimum and maximum level 11. Monitor, manage and escalate attendance and discipline issues 12. Address Technician grievances and seek superior guidance as required 13. Lead, monitor, guide and coach Technician on maintaining 5S practice on the shop floor areas 14. Recommend training and development plans for Technicians 15. Assist Manufacturing Supervisors in driving a culture of Continuous Improvement, Human Factors and suggest ways to optimise process flow and reduce cost 16. Write a report of issues pertaining to health and safety, productivity and behaviour 17. Raise or highlight issues on the shop floor to management for further action
