Responsible for the safe and efficient running of the organisation, to ascertain continuous airworthiness management of its customers or stakeholders. 6. Ensure that all airworthiness requirements and activities can be carried out to the standard required set out by the NAAs. 7. Provide access for its internal and external auditors to the relevant parts of the organisation during audits or visits. 8. Evaluate the results of audits with the Quality Manager and the relevant departments and implement required actions accordingly. 9. Meet NAA officials and have opening meetings during scheduled audits or have frequent engagements to build a good working relationship. 10. Implement Safety Management System (SMS), CAAM Airworthiness Notice 2101.
