Possesses excellent analytical skills and sound judgment for establishing critical guidelines, parameters, and procedures within the laboratory and with other functional departments in the organization. 6. Must be able to supervise and guide others, work well in a team, and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with others to achieve organizational objectives.
