Instrumentation and Control Field Maintenance

1. Certified to oversee and control operation work for electrical systems, wiring and equipment (e.g., machinery, motors, generators, switch gears) 2. Fit and adjust electrical machinery, motors, generators, switch gears, control apparatus, and instruments. 3. Install and repair wiring for machines, systems and buildings across various structures. 4. Leverage digital tools to efficiently develop checklist, conduct testing and provide supervision to ensure all safety compliance are met before shut-down/ restart of power supply. 5. Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical wiring and systems in various structures.

1. Develop and produce detailed technical drawings and schematics using CAD software, including diagrams for electrical, mechanical, and structural components in line with project requirements. 2. Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project specifications and requirements, and incorporate feedback and revisions into design drafts to ensure alignment with project goals. 3. Utilise AI tools to ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, and meet safety, functionality, and performance criteria. 4. Leverage AI and digital tools to maintain accurate records of design changes, drawing revisions, and project documentation, and prepare design reports and updates as required by the project team.

1. Review and refine design sketches for accuracy and feasibility. 2. Integrate financial modelling into the design process for cost efficiency. 3. Utilise machine learning and AIPM software to perform detailed design calculations to validate engineering solutions. 4. Utilise CAD software to optimise design processes and enhance decision-making. 5. Ensure compliance with authority requirements by reviewing relevant design codes and standards. 6. Assign tasks to draughtsmen, providing guidance and instructions. 7. Monitor design schedules and work progress, using AI for predictive analysis to meet project timelines.

1. Manage design office and lead design office engineers and draughtsman. 2. Utilise project management software to efficiently assign design activities, monitor design work schedules and progress 3. Utilise machine learning to review and assist in preparing detailed design works with engineers, ensuring compliance with industry codes, regulations and sustainability standards. 4. Leverage machine learning and CAD software to support design calculations, simulations, and data analysis to ensure accuracy 5. Utilise project management software to efficiently maintain and organise design documentation and technical reports. 6. Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve design issues and verify design implementation on-site.

1. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of electrical systems within the facility, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and safely. 2. Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards for all operations and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols. 3. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to identify and rectify issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring reliability. 4. Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and operational standards. 5. Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure or downtime, ensuring maintenance activities are performed on time and according to established procedures.

1. Ensure the Control Room is constantly staffed and manage the shift personnel for smooth operations. 2. Monitor daily power production, resource consumption, and maintenance activities within the Power Plant. 3. Serve as the single point of contact for the Grid regarding daily and projected power production. 4. Maintain strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations during plant operations. 5. Oversee the Permit to Work System, ensuring all safety, environmental, and health protocols are followed. 6. Continuously monitor operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. 7. Execute all necessary safety measures to ensure safe operation and maintenance within the Power Plant.
