Enter data into the ERP system and position materials in proper storage locations 3) Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, track inventory levels for reordering, and manage discrepancies in coordination with purchasing and production teams 4) Conduct regular audits, and ensure timely material delivery 5) Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency and ensure adherence to regulations and standards 6) Issue materials to production as required, and ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials via forklift, pallet jack, or material carts 7) Maintain a clean and organised warehouse (5S), ensuring that all materials are stored properly and that the work environment is safe. 8) Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries 9) Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, deliveries, and other related activities. Communicate with management and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations 10) Follow established safety protocols and quality assurance standards, wearing proper PPE, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
