1) Implements and administers Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management System (EMS) programs, supporting the development of WSH and EMS frameworks in compliance with government regulations and organizational guidelines. 2) Supports the development and implementation of Safe System of Work (SSoW) processes and procedures, collaborating with the production and process engineering department, engineering and maintenance department, and contractors to ensure compliance. 3) Assists in developing emergency response and crisis management plans, identifying and mitigating risks that could lead to emergencies or crises. 4) Supports the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and activities in the workplace.

1) Conduct, check and confirm all instrumentation maintenance or repair works according to schedule, procedure and specification 2) Responsible in doing trouble shoot instrumentation device problems and ensure equipment, tools, and measuring are in good working condition 3) Test and calibrate of flow meters, level, conductivity, pH analyser, pressure, gauges, temperature, controllers, sensors, and other controlling instruments 4) Test and adjust meters, indicators and gauge, electric, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic instrument and system.
1) Ensure preventive maintenance programs/plans are implemented as scheduled. 2) Ensure all the spare parts and tools needed for planned and emergency maintenance are ordered through purchase requisition. 3) Analyse and evaluate engineering and design changes, process enhancement, and modifications to advise on the engineering impact of these changes, determine operability, and ensure appropriate maintenance procedures can be applied. 4) Performe failure root cause analysis to troubleshoot and avoid repeating events. 5) Advising on the selection of materials used and production of specifications for the mechanical works; 6) Assist on the GMP+ and ISO22000 systems. 7) Ensuring all maintenance operations follow company policy, OSHA guidelines & FSMS requirements.
1) Ensuring plants operated in compliance with design parameters and process safety. 2) Monitor and report plant unit consumption and process KPI. 3) Provides corrective actions (RCA) for process abnormality / alarm / troubleshooting 4) Provide technical training to Production for better process understanding and upgrading their work standard. 5) Perform plant commissioning, trial runs, startup and shutdownduring turnaround, coordinate, plan and organize mechanical, instrument and electrical work requirement with Production team. 6) Responsible for plant improvement process troubleshooting.
