Engineering Drawing Interpretation

1) Ensure all construction works comply with Construction Drawings, Specifications, Construction Plan Procedures, and Work Instructions 2) Liaise with consultants, contractors, engineers, architects, and authorities to ensure compliance and address issues that arises 3) Resolve technical issues, address drawing discrepancies, and provide necessary recommendations for planning changes 4) Assist in the preparation and management of all documents, reports, and data related to the project 5) Ensure timely submission and accuracy of progress reports to keep stakeholders informed

1) Perform minor fixes, install appliances and equipment related to assets in the chemical plant. 2) Carry out installation, maintenance, repair and periodic checking of overall facilities management of Civil & Structures systems; including plumbing, wall & floors, grease trap, domestic water, painting etc. 3) Execute activities procedures and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management systems. 4) Report any abnormalities, malfunction, or emergency condition

1) Perform technical tasks to aid in electrical engineering research, and in the design, manufacture, assembly, construction, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, facilities and distribution systems. 2) Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications 3) Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus 4) Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus 5) Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics

1) Conduct regular inspections of metal surfaces to identify areas of corrosion 2) Test metal surfaces using a variety of methods to determine the level and extent of corrosion 3) Make recommendations for repair or replacement of corroded surfaces or equipment 4) Assist in the implementation of material and corrosion control strategies and preventative measures 5) Collect and maintain accurate data on mateiral corrosion rates and patterns 6) Participate in training programs to stay current on advancements in corrosion control technology and techniques

1) Ensure preventive maintenance programs/plans are implemented as scheduled. 2) Ensure all the spare parts and tools needed for planned and emergency maintenance are ordered through purchase requisition. 3) Analyse and evaluate engineering and design changes, process enhancement, and modifications to advise on the engineering impact of these changes, determine operability, and ensure appropriate maintenance procedures can be applied. 4) Performe failure root cause analysis to troubleshoot and avoid repeating events. 5) Advising on the selection of materials used and production of specifications for the mechanical works; 6) Assist on the GMP+ and ISO22000 systems. 7) Ensuring all maintenance operations follow company policy, OSHA guidelines & FSMS requirements.

1) Assisting the mechanical engineer with mechanical design and maintenance tasks. 2) Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems. 3) Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records. 4) Optimising mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
