1. Designing and implementing algorithms for simulations, optimization, and real-time data analysis that enable digital twin to function effectively. 2. Developing computational models for flight dynamics, structural analysis, and propulsion systems. 3. Developing predictive maintenance algorithms to anticipate and prevent equipment failures. 4. Utilizing High Performance Computing (HPC) resources to perform complex simulations and data processing tasks that require significant computational power. 5. Integrating AI-driven systems with traditional aerospace technologies to enhance performance and safety.

1. Creating robust data pipelines to collect and integrate data from various sources, such as aircraft sensors, maintenance records, and flight operations systems. 2. Handling real-time and batch data ingestion processes to ensure continuous data flow from multiple sources into centralized data storage systems. 3. Developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance databases to store vast amounts of structured and unstructured aerospace data. 4. Ensuring that data is standardized and aggregated for meaningful insights and consistent reporting across different platforms. 5. Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data throughout its lifecycle.

1. Creates production schedules, releases, and work orders to meet customer needs. 2. Creates a master production schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, orders, and production capacity. 3. Monitors production status to ensure that project schedules are met. 4. Communicates with customers, workshops, and production departments regarding all material planning matters. 5. Contributes to supply chain and logistics planning by negotiating contracts, sourcing vendors, managing inventory, and provisioning spares and consumables to meet flowchart targets. 6. analyses data from supply chain management (SCM) systems and evaluates supplier performance and capabilities. 7. Ensures compliance with airworthiness and legislative requirements, as well as the organisation's safety, health, and quality systems. 8. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement through data analytics, research, and innovation, and incorporates lean and sustainability principles into planning activities. 9. Monitors staff performance and is responsible for providing technical guidance to junior team members.

Oversees project management for manufacturing operations and coordinates technical and program reviews with customers and suppliers. 4. Ensures compliance with airworthiness and legislative requirements, and contributes to the development of the organisation's standard operating procedures (SOPs), management systems, lean and sustainable manufacturing practices, and data analytics plans for strategic decision making. 5. Drives team performance to meet business key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversees talent recruitment and development strategies. 6. Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations and optimal decision-making, particularly during manufacturing delays.

1. In charge of organising customer schedule, such as purchase orders and delivery schedules review orders. Most tasks involve keeping and updating records and information, as well as coordinating purchasing with clients and co-workers. It is the job of the planner to ensure smooth operations throughout the production process by meeting the Master Planning Schedule. 2. Report directly to the Senior Planner but functionally may seek guidance from the Senior Planning Executive on daily tasks and responsibilities 3. Undertake Master Production Scheduling Planning activities 4. Undertake ownership of specific deliverables to ensure schedule adherence 5. Undertake activities related to work order generation, SAP/ERP schedule upload, WIP (work in progress) tracking, Line of Balance update 6. Assist the Senior Planning Executive to prepare any reports required by the department for the company 7. Use SAP/ERP for production planning element and able to resolve associated issues 8. Undertake manning analysis, capacity analysis, freight cost & volume analysis and inventory management analysis as required 9. Adhere to all company rules and regulations 10. Demonstrate commitment to given tasks and undertake any other functions as defined by the company as required

Ensures adherence to airworthiness and legal standards, contributes to the creation of the organisation's standard operating procedures, and supports the development of management systems, lean and sustainable practices, and data-driven strategies for informed decision-making. 5. Leads the team to meet and exceed business performance metrics and oversees the recruitment and training of talent to support these goals. 6. Must exhibit robust leadership skills, the ability to think strategically and proactively, and work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless operations and the achievement of organisational objectives. 7. Must possess the ability to consider a wide array of elements in decision-making processes to maintain business operations, particularly during unexpected maintenance delays.
