Project Risk Management

1. Oversee the design and review of RE projects, including electrical, structural, and mechanical components 2. Assess project resource needs and ensure timely delivery of milestones 3. Execute risk management plans for new projects 4. Provide technical support during proposal phase and project lifecycle, from kickoff to commissioning 5. Recommend and implement improvements to digital tools (i.e., ERP), KPI dashboards, and project management tools 6. Support contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers 7. Monitor project schedules, ensuring key deliverables are met 8. Experienced in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM), tender processes, budgeting and supplier evaluation

Manage the design and setup processes for new and remodeled stores, including layout, displays, fixtures, and graphics Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Develop store design layouts that are brand-appropriate and operationally effective Collaborate with contractors to create and select building designs Oversee construction and setup to ensure adherence to blueprints and quality standards Contribute to the creation of shop drawings, graphic programs, and merchandising systems Supervise projects according to operational requirements to ensure completion within agreed schedules Incorporate green building practices and materials into store designs to enhance environmental sustainability

1. Assess feasibility of RE projects through energy audits and site inspections 2. Recommend technical, mechanical, and civil specifications 3. Perform computer simulations to evaluate system efficiency 4. Supervise installation, testing, and grounding of RE projects while monitoring costs and risks
