Risk Management

1) Ensure all construction works comply with Construction Drawings, Specifications, Construction Plan Procedures, and Work Instructions 2) Liaise with consultants, contractors, engineers, architects, and authorities to ensure compliance and address issues that arises 3) Resolve technical issues, address drawing discrepancies, and provide necessary recommendations for planning changes 4) Assist in the preparation and management of all documents, reports, and data related to the project 5) Ensure timely submission and accuracy of progress reports to keep stakeholders informed

1. Design, develop and optimise processes to minimize environmental impact and enhance sustainability. 2. Develop and oversee equipment designs and methods for large-scale manufacturing 3. In charge of the planning and testing method of manufacturing products and treatment of byproduct 3. Apply chemical and environmental engineering principles, and sustainable practices to ensure compliance with environmental regulations at all levels 4. Implement waste management systems and emission reduction strategies. 5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate environmental considerations into production processes and project designs

1) Manages and reviews Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, standards, procedures, and the Workplace Safety and Health Management System in line with regulatory requirements and business needs 2) Oversees the implementation of safety practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety standards, and leads initiatives to promote these practices within the organization. 3) Manages HSE resources, including manpower, internal assets, and external vendors, and develops safety practices, procedures, and guidelines according to health and safety standards. 4) Aligns the organization's WSH policy with business and operational concerns, collaborates with colleagues for effective enforcement of WSH parameters, and stays updated on legislative requirements and industry best practices. 5) Communicates with and manages teams, internal and external stakeholders, and conducts site visits as necessary to maintain and enhance WSH performance. 6) Leads the HSE department, making independent business decisions, and possesses the necessary qualifications

1) Responsible for the efficient organisation, control and storage of material resources to support the operations. 2) Receive, verify, and inspect all incoming materials from vendors for quality, accuracy, and part numbers. Enter data into the ERP system and position materials in proper storage locations 3) Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, track inventory levels for reordering, and manage discrepancies in coordination with purchasing and production teams 4) Conduct regular audits, and ensure timely material delivery 5) Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency and ensure adherence to regulations and standards 6) Issue materials to production as required, and ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials via forklift, pallet jack, or material carts 7) Maintain a clean and organised warehouse (5S), ensuring that all materials are stored properly and that the work environment is safe. 8) Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries 9) Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, deliveries, and other related activities. Communicate with management and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations 10) Follow established safety protocols and quality assurance standards, wearing proper PPE, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

1. Identifies and assesses workplace and work process risks, advising on and recommending measures to eliminate, minimize, or control these risks. 2. Implements measures to prevent or reduce health and environmental risks while improving process quality. 3. Supervises a quality HSE team and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisations' objectives related to workplace safety. 4. Applies analytical and resourceful problem-solving skills, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration.

1) Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects 2) Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status 3) Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions 4) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support 5) Coordinates with the Procurement team on the timely preparation of inquiries for project equipment, ensuring the availability of necessary specification and data for procurement. 6) Prepare a regular progress report for issuance to the Project Manager and establish a daily routine with the Project Manager on all project management issues.
