1) Responsible for the efficient organisation, control and storage of material resources to support the operations. 2) Receive, verify, and inspect all incoming materials from vendors for quality, accuracy, and part numbers. Enter data into the ERP system and position materials in proper storage locations 3) Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, track inventory levels for reordering, and manage discrepancies in coordination with purchasing and production teams 4) Conduct regular audits, and ensure timely material delivery 5) Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency and ensure adherence to regulations and standards 6) Issue materials to production as required, and ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials via forklift, pallet jack, or material carts 7) Maintain a clean and organised warehouse (5S), ensuring that all materials are stored properly and that the work environment is safe. 8) Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries 9) Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, deliveries, and other related activities. Communicate with management and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations 10) Follow established safety protocols and quality assurance standards, wearing proper PPE, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

1) Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects 2) Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status 3) Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions 4) Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support 5) Coordinates with the Procurement team on the timely preparation of inquiries for project equipment, ensuring the availability of necessary specification and data for procurement. 6) Prepare a regular progress report for issuance to the Project Manager and establish a daily routine with the Project Manager on all project management issues.
